VISUAL MODE
The system operates in two different modes, the above depicts the 'Visual' mode where you can see at a glance the entire state of affairs. Our colour system makes it very easy to assess the status of your park or the status of each booking.

Client Pawley (grey) is due in tomorrow (Tuesday the 3rd Sept, he has booked for 10 days, no payment or deposit has been received. The colour grey indicates that no money has been received on this booking.
P.R Tattersall is a guest who occupies site L10, she is booked in until 7th Sept and is fully paid up to the 7th Sept.(green)
Kevin and Pauline Maloey are booked to arrive on the 6th Sept and will stay for 9 nights. Yellow indicates that we have received a deposit on this booking. The red corner on this booking indicates that this customer has specifically requested this site. The booking is locked into this site and cannot be moved unless unlocked first.

The actual sites are presented down the left side of the screen, the date range is presented across the top and the site types on the bottom tabs.

Simply clicking onto any white space will bring up the booking calculator. This is how you make a booking or give a quotation. By adjusting the calculator, arrival dates, number of guests, applicable discounts, type of accommodation or site required etc. you can not only quote the price, you can also determine the availability of the request. The amount on the green strip represents the total quote inclusive of tax.

If you wish to give a special price you need only adjust the daily or weekly rate and the calculator will do the rest! Only those accommodation types available accross the date range selected will appear in the right hand side making it impossible to double-book.

By clicking 'OK' the program will ask for the details of the client then create a new booking into the appropriate area.
