Setting up the 'Mail' Feature

Park IT has a function which enables the sending of the database (via e-mail) by a one click operation. This feature if found under the 'Help' menu and choose 'Send Database'. This feature will work after you have set up the 'Mail Setup' as instructed below.

 

Under 'Tools' click onto 'Mail Setup' to bring up this dialog box.

Mail Type.
Choose SMPT
User ID & Host. Every e-mail address has a User ID and a Host address associated with it, this information you can get from your service provider or from viewing the properties in your Outlook Express program. Tools - Accounts - Properties
From Address. Enter your e-mail address
From Name. Enter your Park Name
To Address. Enter gary@rvmanagement.com
