The first contact should be made through one of the Messenger services available. Generally, the help desk is always online via one of these and your contact is instant. To use one of these free services you will first need to get a free hotmail e-mail address.

Step1. Go to www.hotmail.com and click onto the 'New Account Signup' tab and follow the instructions.
Step 2. Go to MSN and download MSN Messenger. Choose your operating system from the options on the left and follow the download and installation instructions.
Step 3. Add the Park IT Help Desk to your contact list by entering the following e-mail address in the 'Add a Contact' dialog box. wakes555@hotmail.com
Step 4. Add the Park IT Help Desk to your contact list by entering the following e-mail address in the 'Add a Contact' dialog box. bonniervdesk@hotmail.com

Park IT will be added to your friends list and the icon next to the name will indicate if we are online or not. Green = Online, Red = Offline. With MSN Messenger you can type a message, voice using microphone and speakers and we can even remotely control your Park IT program should we need to. All this at no cost to either party.

Yahoo Messenger is a very similar product, it is entirly your decision which one you choose.
