Start by going through 'Tools' then 'Options' and select the 'Types of Sites' tab to display the dialog box at the left (fig1)

Immediately click onto the '+' button to create a new line, then enter the new Category Name - I'll call my new category 'Villas' (fig 2)

IMPORTANT:
After entering the new name you must enter the sizes for the buttons as shown in Fig2. Use 35 and 35 as a starting point, these can be adjusted later if needed. After entering the sizes click your 'Post Edit' (the button with the tick or check) button to lock in the new information.

Next is to assign a graphic to be used to identify the new category.
By clicking the 'Graphic' button you will be taken to a dialog where you can choose an icon to use for your new category. Click onto a file and the icon will be displayed at the right. When you find the one you wish to use just click 'Open' and you will be taken back to the 'Options' dialog.

Now click 'Close'

Park IT will genetate your new category and re-open.

Your new category will not contain any sites, you will have to generate new sites or change existing sites to the new category - whichever is applicable.

In Addition:
Your new category will need to have the 'Rates' and the 'Seasons' applied before it becomes fully operational.
