The 'Managed Calendar Events' is a means of creating a visual alert that you are booking into a special period (date range).

In the sample to the left, I have created a 'Christmas Holiday Period' by going to 'Tools' then selecting 'Managed Calendar Events' and filling in the dialog box with the season name and date range.

You can add as many special events as you wish.

The first visual you will notice is on the date range on the main screen. Park IT places a Christmas Holiday Strip across the date range. This is useful to know when you are making a booking using the visual method.

If you are making a booking via the booking calculator and you enter a date range that is ALL or Part into the special event date range. Park IT will show an alert in the 'Green Quotation field'.

Use the buttons at the bottom of the 'Managed Calendar Events' dialog to remove or make changes.
