Each season (apart from the base rate) needs to be linked to the categories that it is applicable to. To link a season to a category do the following:-

1. Click onto the 'Rates' button in the category you wish to link, the dialog box in the first diagram will come up.
2. Click onto the words 'in Base' then click onto 'Link New Season'
3. Select the season you wish to link then click OK. The season is now applicable to this category.
4. Double click into the grey area and set the rates for this season in this category.
