The rates in each category are set up through the 'Rates Editor' which is accessed via the 'Rates' button located to the right of the calander box. (See the first diagram) clicking on this button will bring up the 'Rates dialog' which will show you the current rates settings, mouse over each heading and the words convert to a button giving you the opportunity to chech on any rate in any season.

To make changes to the current rates or to set up the rates from scratch, you need to double-click into the gray body area of the 'Rates' dialog to display the 'Rates Matrix' (dia.2)
