NOTE:
You may not create a conflict of site descriptions, in other words each site in your database must be a different name e.g. you cannot have a site called A10 in your Powered site category and a site called A10 in your Tent category.

During the process of building your database Park IT allocates each site a number, usually this number corresponds with your site numbering. However, you can change each or any site to any description you choose.

Go to the site layout tab and click onto the site you wish to rename, at the top right hand side of the screen you will see a text strip containing three panels. After clicking onto a site the Park IT number will be displayed in the right hand panel. Type into the left hand panel the description of your site using letters and number combinations (up to 4 spaces).

In the example to the left, the tent site 50 has been chosen and has been renamed to read 'Cab2'. In the tent category the previous site 50 will now be named Cab2.
