AUSTRALIAN CLIENTS NOTE: If you need to move a booking which is short, then you can simply use the drag to a different site feature, but when a booking is already long term or has the potential to go into long term, it is important to maintain the continunity of the booking when moving to a new site so that the 27 day GST period remains unbroken. If you finish a long term booking and restart it on a new site then be aware that you will start a new 27 day 10% GST. To avoid this use the 'Move Booking Feature.

Step 1: Right click on the booking and select 'Move Booking' then on the flyout select 'Continue in new site'. (dia 1)

Step 2: You will then be prompted to enter the date of the move - enter the date.

Step 3: You will be prompted to enter the date of the end of the new booking, this will default to the existing end of booking date. Click 'OK'

Step 4: Next you will be asked to select a site, only the sites available to take that booking will appear - sellect your site.
