Group Bookings are the cause of many calls to the 'Help Desk' mainly due to users not fully understanding the group booking feature. It is important to realize that once a group booking is made, all of the booking strips are linked and a change to one means a change to all. Clients seem to come unstuck when trying to change each booking strip to the individual occupant. Here is the procedure:-

To change a group booking strip to a different client:
Right click onto the booking strip and select 'Reservation Details' and then go to the 'Client Details' tab. Note: If you change the details here then you change the details of the group causing ALL booking strips to change to this name. Select the 'Client Search' tab at the bottom of this dialog and mouse over the + button noting that it says 'Insert Record' see diagram to the left.
