A new information field now appears in the Reservation Details as shown in the first diagram. The data can be entered manually and at any time or you may turn on the 'Auto Prompt' feature from the options dialog as shown in diagram 2.

When the auto prompt feature is checked you will be prompted to enter this data during the course of the booking process.

If you have the prompt checked and you are booking in an accommodation client, simply continue on with the process without entering data.

Data entered into this field will also appear under the client details when the 'Daily Activity' report is generated.

NOTE:
This information is retained in the 'Reservation Details' and not in the 'Client Details', we therefore suggest that you enter the same data into the 'Notes' area if you require it to be seen again when making a repeat booking.
