Client Lists Reporting

Park IT now has a comprehensive Client List Report accessed from the 'Reports' menu as indicated at the left. All of the reports available produce a .csv file which can be opened in most database programs. Upon creation of this file it will open automatically in Microsoft Excell if you have this program installed.

The objective of this process is to enable you to use this database as the source file for creating 'Mailing Lables', 'Form Letters' E-mail lists etc. from your choice of word processing programs (Microsoft Word is reccommended)
NOTE:
In any emergency or disaster, you may be asked by the authorities to produce a client list of ALL persons staying in the park as at a particular day. To access this report choose 'List by Accommodation' and enter todays date (or the date in question) in both the 'From' and 'To' dialog boxes.
