More often than not your potential clients find it complicated to work out the cost of their holiday stay from the information you provide them on your web site. With price grids, season adjustments and additional person adjustments it can become overwhelming, that's why your average e-mail enquiry asks 'How much will it cost' even though the information is all there on your site. You can now eliminate those price enquiries and provide an additional convenience to your web-site visitors by installing the Holiday Calculator.

The calculator is totally accurate and can be update when price changes occur, it considers all seasonal prices and will also incorporate your discount policies as well as any group or club membership discount policy. It is easily installed by your site manager, colours used in the panels are set to blend with the colours of your site.

The cost is $250 and is a once off cost, we build the code based on your accommodation types and pricing policies.
** After we build the code which will make the calculator conform to your parks pricing and seasonal policies, it becomes yours to use on as many web pages as you like. • If your current site has all of your seasonal pricing and discount policies needed, then just give me your site address.

• Give me the name and e-mail address of the person or company who manages your site so that I can forward the completed work to them.
• We will invoice you upon completion (usually two days).

Adults/Children Field:
The combination of these two fields is set to the maximum number of persons for the selected accommodation type. Change the accommodation type and the maximum combination adjusts to that which is selected.
Number of Days:
This field is unlimited, however if you have a policy of 'Stay for 7 nights and only pay for 6' then the calculator adjusts accordingly. This feature can be applied to all or designated seasons.
Accommodation Field:
Unlimited number of accommodation types.
Seasons:
Unlimited number of seasons.
AAA Discount:
The AAA % discount policyis applied accurately. In this calcularor it is 10% to a maximum of $25
Calculate Button:
Only needs to be clicked once, after that the calculator changes dymamically when a change is made to any field.
